Craig played a pivotal role in helping us get into our new home. He went above and beyond in communicating directly with our builder on ways to bridge the gap between the sale of our current home and the purchase of our new one. He attended each and every meeting with our builder, and made sure to point out areas we hadn’t even considered. We felt we were truly in great hands with Craig, and it couldn’t have been a more enjoyable or seamless experience. We would absolutely work with Craig again. He is extremely professional, trustworthy and looks out for your best interest.
I was referred to Kasey Gilliam through a friend and was told that I’d be in good hands if I were to use her as my realtor and I’m so glad I did! Joe Gage helped me purchase my first home in Austin. I was a remote buyer, and Joe went above and beyond in doing detailed video showings and arranging home inspections to make sure that the builder did everything right in building my home. Joe also helped with arranging my homeowners insurance, and making sure all deadlines were met. Highly recommended.

He helped me find the perfect new construction home for me, and he made sure to follow up with the builder consistently to keep them on track and get the job done right. Linda Baddour goes above and beyond in representing my wife and I during our home building process. She came to every walk through and inspection that I asked to her to go to and was even available while I myself was not able to attend.
What I loved most about Linda’s professionalism was the type of questions she would ask our builder in person and via email. Questions I didn’t even think to ask myself. It felt like I had an attorney on my side fighting for me while she was there haha.

Ann Nye was our agent and she is great to work with. Ann is very professional and beyond helpful. She helped us with the purchase of a new build while we were in another state. Ann helped us with the negotiations, the choosing of a lot, the meetings the final walk-through and was an excellent pair of eyes. I would definitely recommend Ann!
The transaction went very smooth. Craig was very knowledgable and helpful every step of the way. This was our first time buying new construction and Craig was very helpful in navigating the ways it differs from buying an existing home. Honestly, Craig went above and beyond. We were out of state buyers so Craig was literally our eyes and ears on the ground. He especially went above and beyond after the ice storm. On the day he got back in town (after being strand out of town himself due to the storm), he went over to our house to inspect it for any damage related to the storm that would have delayed our closing which was 2 weeks away.

I worked with Vicki Duran to pickup a lovely new build in Georgetown. I was moving from CA, so the logistics were a bit challenging, but Vicki worked with me closely to accommodate my house house search when I would come to town to view homes. She was patient, knowledgeable, professional and all around great to get to know over the course of my home search! P.S. Despite Vicki being very busy, she will always make you feel like you’re her only client. Somehow, she manages to be quite responsive despite the high volume of work she comes across in today’s insane Austin-area market.I would highly recommend Vicki for any real estate needs and I’ll be working with her again very soon!

We built a new house in Dripping Springs and Bailey Moran was fantastic! She guided us through the entire process and answered many questions for us. She handled all of the issues that came up with the builder and got them to work it to our favor. Bailey took the stress out of buying a home. If you are looking to buy/build a home then I highly recommend Bailey because she was there to handle the entire process for us from beginning to end.
I worked with Will Mackintosh from Bramlett real-estate. Will is a great person and very helpful. His is very patient and helps you get all your questions answered. He also has a very good understanding of the Austin housing market and the neighborhoods. In my case, I wanted to build a custom home. His connections and referrals for feasibility analysis, permitting, architecture, builders and even attorneys were really useful for me.
We found Bramlett Residential through Yelp ourselves, after we began the process of finding a new construction builder in the Austin area. We had the pleasure of working with Bailey throughout the entire process, and she made everything run so smoothly!
