My dad was looking to purchase a house so that my brother and I could rent from him – splitting a mortgage is cheaper than two one bedrooms in Austin- so I googled best realtor in Austin. Eric Bramlett came up, and I was not disappointed! Jennifer Bailey was the realtor we were matched with, and she walked me through 40 different houses without complaint. We looked at houses for around 3 weeks, and closed within three weeks of putting in an offer. This was personally my first time looking at houses as an adult, and Jennifer was ready and available whenever we needed her to answer whatever questions we had. I appreciated that I was not looked down on due to being young and it not being me who had the money. She was very knowledgeable about everything from the area, to resale value, to the builders of the homes we were touring. Excellent service!

As a bonus, jennifer has been instrumental in building connections both during post-purchase. She connected us to a a loan servicer, a contractor, and is now giving us a contact for a deck builder. Amazing experience, and I highly recommend Jennifer for all of your realtor needs!
