My wife and I met Sally at an open house where she was the listing agent. We had recently moved to Austin and did not know much about the real estate in Austin. We really enjoyed talking to her and set up a follow up meeting in which she described the market, explained the process, and discussed all the relevant and important details that we should take into account. We asked her to represent us and we are really happy with that decision. Throughout the process, Sally was always responsive and helped us with any questions. Sally was a delight to work with. She clearly had our best interests at heart and was an invaluable resource given the long-arm nature of our purchase. She looked out for our best interests, was extremely professional, friendly, warm, and caring, and looked at all the properties through a critical eye instead of just pushing to make the sale. Sally has a great network of professional contractors to pull from, and always had satisfactory answers to any questions which arose. We communicated so often during the process that once we closed we went into "withdrawal" because we weren't talking on a daily basis anymore. We have made sure to stay in touch however, and do get a chance to speak every couple of weeks. We both consider Sally to be a friend and wouldn't change a thing. We would work with her again in an instant, and recommend her to anyone.
