We absolutely love working with our clients and we love nothing more than helping them have a wonderful buying or selling experience. Over the years, our clients have graciously written 1000+ reviews about their experiences on sites like Google, Yelp, & Zillow. We've collected them here.

I just had a fantastic experience selling my house. Bailey Moran was my agent and she was just WONDERFUL.  I think it's easy for a professional to be wonderful when everything goes as planned but it is far more telling how excellent they are when things go wrong.  First of all, I am a first time home seller and was completely unfamiliar with the process.  Bailey did much more than answering my questions, because I didn't even know what questions to ask.  She provided such thorough information in our initial consult I felt like I had an excellent grasp on the process.  She provided a stager...free of charge!...who came out and gave me a complete plan on what to do to prepare my house for showings.  I followed their suggestions and the offers I got on my home were staggering...so much more than I had hoped.  Here's where things went wrong and Bailey really showed what a fantastic agent does.  My home went under contract right when we had a huge winter storm here in Texas.  I'm a nurse and I ended up being stuck at my hospital four days straight.  When I was finally able to get back home I found my pipes had burst and the house was flooded.  I really couldn't imagine a worse thing to have happened.  The floors, baseboards and all the doors had to be torn out.  There were over 30,000 claims in Austin alone, so there was a huge wait for plumbers, contractors etc...and I was supposed to be closing in two weeks!  Bailey worked magic with the buyers, their realtor and even the mitigation team that dried and repaired my house... she got them to create new contracts to transfer warranties to the new buyers, she checked in with me regularly to make sure I was doing okay, because she knew how stressed I was.  She was so reassuring and...she just handled everything.  She got the closing postponed and when I finally got the repairs completed the closing went off without a hitch.  She made what should have been an incredibly stressful experience SOOOO much better!  I feel incredibly lucky she was my agent.

And did I mention the actual sales process was so easy and she got FAR FAR more for my house than I would have ever expected?  I did, but it's worth repeating.  My house was only on the market for one weekend.  She is simply the best.

Work with Craig in the past and most recently worked again with Tara McGuire and she was phenomenal sold her house within three days she's very quick efficient and polite and courteous and gets the job done at a high-level. Will definitely come back to her again for any real estate needs!

We worked with Linda Baddour when we were purchasing our home in Austin. As first-time home-buyers we had a LOT of questions, and Linda went above and beyond to answer them all, and find us our dream home. The Austin market is moving quickly right now, and she worked all hours to help us get the deal closed, and in record time. You're doing yourself a massive favor by working with her, you wont be disappointed!

Austin Pitts was absolutely great to work with!  He came recommended from another realtor in Dallas, and did not disappoint.  His style is very laid back, and not pushy at all.  He really cares about his clients and finding exactly what they want/what fits their needs.  It's clear he knows the area well, and was knowledgeable on all the questions we asked.  When it came to making offers, he was spot on for what would get accepted and where the house would actually trade at.  Then, when it came to negotiation and expressing our concerns, he was strategic with communication to the seller's realtor and was able to help us secure the right deal. I would highly recommend working with Austin, and definitely will be for any of our future needs.

First time seller here. I am currently overseas and due to Covid restrictions I was unable to be in the states. I was uncomfortable on the subject of selling my 1st home. I found Bailey Moran online and sent an email. Once she and I spoke on the phone I felt a lot better and I believed I was in good hands. The whole experience was so streamlined and there was no headaches. I still can't believe my home was sold so fast with such little work on my behalf. Bailey and her team were so friendly, responsive, and HELPFUL! I would recommend her to anyone and if I was in the market again in Texas , I would go right back to her!

Eric Bramlett, Will Mackintosh and his team are processional.
They have genius marketing skills, gave me good advices, and actively guided me through the whole process of selling my property.
I am appreciated for their help and will use them again if I have any need to buy or sell a property in Austin, TX area

Kasey has been working with us for a long time now waiting for us to be ready to pull the trigger on that perfect house. She knew what we were looking for and knew we weren't in a hurry and that did not deter her from providing the best service and responsiveness. After what seems like years she helped us find that perfect house in a market so insane that actually getting that perfect house after you find it seems near impossible but Kasey made it happen. We highly recommend Kasey and will work with her again if we need to.

Tara McGuire helped us sell a truly unique property with a unique situation involving my elderly father. She took special care to take my dad's needs into consideration, thoroughly screening and qualifying potential buyers as to not cause too much disruption to his daily schedule. She also did her homework to price our unique property and worked to get us the price we were looking for. She listened, offered frank counsel, and proved that her experience and skill were equal to the task. In the end, she negotiated hard for us and we had very successful outcome.

Vicki Duran is hands down the best agent we could have asked for! My husband and I recently closed on our first house, in North Austin, and in the current market the process was even more of an emotional rollercoaster than usual. Vicki came highly recommended from friends and I would say that their glowing reviews did not even do her justice. She truly makes you feel as though you are her top priority, even though she juggles a number of clients, and even though we were new to the process and had a lot of very "newbie" questions. She's savvy and experienced and creative--all major plusses in this intimidating market. If I'm honest, we were tempted to give up more than once during the process given how challenging it is, but Vicki helped us land our dream house. We could not be happier.

Summary: Work with Linda Baddour at Bramlett if you want a quick and easy close!

My fiancé and I decided to start looking for our first home earlier this year and worked with Linda Baddour at Bramlett Real Estate. We were both familiar with how crazy the market had been and were discouraged when we learned that most houses that we would have wanted in the Austin area were getting offers $100k over asking and waiving appraisals. Although it was intimidating, Linda kept us informed of any changes or possibilities every single morning and ensured us that she would find something for us. We definitely kept her on her toes by changing the locations/property type/price range we wanted to look at several times!

I told her that the school system important to me and she sent over rankings and stats at every area we were looking at.

Linda never failed us at any point and rolled with the punches, while also keeping an eye out for our previous interests. She even went as far as to take time out of her day to show us a house on Easter! She eventually found us a VERY rare gem that happened to go on the market and when we decided to go forward, she acted swiftly and quickly and WE GOT IT!

We only spent a little over one week working with her and she was able to get us under contract in that time. As a first time homebuyer, I was expecting this to be an incredibly arduous process, but Linda made it easier than I could have ever imagined.

I would 10/10 recommend Linda Baddour and will definitely be working with her for any real estate needs going forward!

I want to thank Linda Baddour so much for helping us get into our first home and make it such a pleasurable process at a time that should have been incredibly stressful. She's the best!

Strongly recommended. Jeff has been helpful and responsive. He helped us check on the house building process and took pictures weekly. Five stars!

The transaction went very smooth. Craig was very knowledgable and helpful every step of the way. This was our first time buying new construction and Craig was very helpful in navigating the ways it differs from buying an existing home. Honestly, Craig went above and beyond. We were out of state buyers so Craig was literally our eyes and ears on the ground. He especially went above and beyond after the ice storm. On the day he got back in town (after being strand out of town himself due to the storm), he went over to our house to inspect it for any damage related to the storm that would have delayed our closing which was 2 weeks away.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Linda Baddour to find our dream house in Austin. Being out of state, and new to house buying, my wife and I were a little apprehensive about the whole process. Lucky for us, the first person we spoke to was Linda, and she was so great to work with. She walked us through the whole house-buying process and how to navigate the hot Austin house market. We met up with her during a house-hunting weekend, with very little expectation of finding a house and/or making a competitive bid. Surprise, surprise, not only did we find our dream house at a great price, Linda helped us bid competitively in a sellers market. We managed to close on the house we wanted, and we could not have done it without Linda's help. We can't thank her enough!

I live in CA and Vicki Duran was referred to me as a "must-use" Real Estate Agent in Austin, TX.  Being a RE Agent myself in CA, I appreciate referrals but don't have any expectations.  Well, Vicki  was/is amazing and an expert in her field.  She knows the RE market in the Greater Austin area, better than anyone could. She went above and beyond what is expected of a RE Agent, she is kind, caring and ALWAYS looking after your best interest.  I would 100% recommend Ms. Vicki Duran as your real estate agent!

Linda Baddour knocked it out of the park!!!

She is extremely professional, hardworking, and knowledgeable. Linda helped get us into our dream home with a relatively limited cash budget in this crazy Austin real estate market. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, would highly recommend!

Vicki Duran was great.  Her experienced showed in terms of advice, helping to negotiate the end deal and considerations after the deal was agreed.  Highly recommend her.

We worked with Kasey Gilliam from Bramlett Residential to find just the right place for our next place as empty nesters, and she was super responsive and easy to work with. With her guidance, we managed to be successful in our first offer on a townhouse, even in this super competitive environment. She was always available to answer questions and give advice on the steps required to get to closing. Highly recommend!

We recently sold our home out of Lago Vista with Will Mackintosh as our realtor. As everyone's situation is unique ours was no exception. We spoke with 4 plus other realtors throughout the Austin area and none of them wanted to list at our price we believed to be competitive. Will was pragmatic with his approach and agreed our price was aggressive but not impossible and he was excited to win over our listing. The whole Bramlet team helped greatly to ensure we put our best foot forward in the sale of our home. We ended up getting what we asked for and the transaction went smooth with no major issues. We are very impressed and happy with our experience and highly recommend Will and Bramlet Residential.

I've said thank you so many times that I feel the words have lost all meaning, but I cannot thank Tara and her team enough. Tara was communicative, kind, and straightforward the entire time we worked together. Her team was equally as helpful and friendly. I felt heard and that she had my best interest at heart. This was my first time selling a home, and I lived out of state - to say I was stressed would be an understatement. However, by the time we closed, I couldn't believe the process was already over. I cannot recommend her services enough, and I look forward to working with her again in the future. Thank you, Tara! Thank you for your help, humor, and clear and direct communication. I wish you and your team all the best.

I was initially quite leery of entering the crazy Austin Real Estate market. I’d heard horror stories about bidding wars with over 30 offers, having to pay $100,000 over asking price, and houses not appraising for the contract price. When I first spoke with Craig McGuire of Bramlett Residential Real Estate, he was realistic about the current market, but optimistic that he would find me a place that I would love and would feel comfortable with the purchasing process. Early on, I found a couple of homes that I was tempted to submit an offer for. Craig was thorough in his research of the homes and comps and was able to steer me away from a house that was not going to appraise and another that had potential to be a messy situation all around. When I finally found “the one” Craig went above and beyond to help me put together a strong offer that I could feel comfortable with. He made himself available whenever I need to talk out the situation and alleviate any of my concerns. Ultimately, I was able to have a quick closing on a house that I love with a purchasing situation that was definitely not the nightmare that I had feared. For someone who is considering wading into the Austin Real Estate market, I wholeheartedly recommend working with Craig McGuire!
