I cannot recommend Tracey Guttes highly enough! She has a broad and deep understanding of the local real estate market. She used her relationship with other realtors and builders to share properties that were coming soon to market. She gave me honest and insightful critiques of each property we looked at - and we looked at a lot of houses! She led me through the process with kindness and patience, expertly answering every one of my questions. After over five months of searching she helped me find the perfect home for my family, and then negotiated a final sales price below asking price. My experience with Tracey was great! I needed an agent that would put my needs ahead of her own, and that is what I got with Tracey. The process was long and arduous (twelve months), with a significant and unwelcome hiccup involving a septic system. Through it all, Tracey never lost the faith, and never pressured me to lower the price for a faster sale. She gave me good advice, but was never overbearing or patronizing, though I have very little experience with real estate and surely tried her patience at times. She always listened to my ideas and provided honest feedback in her pleasant but no-nonsense manner. I would highly recommend her.
Ah, where to begin other than this is your gal if you are looking for a dependable, on the ball, superb with communication and very knowledgeable agent. My family and I just relocated to the Austin from, you guessed it, California, and started this process back in late February. Tracey had her work cut out for her because we had a pretty specific checklist and neighborhoods that we were interested in... Let me back up, when I first started I knew nothing about the Austin area and from the very start she took her time to show me around, and shared her extensive knowledge about all the different pockets surrounding Austin. In spite of being in another state during this process, she made it as painless as it could have been, and even skyped listings she previewed for us. She even saved us from buying a money pit which turned up all sorts of problems during the inspection and as per her advice, we backed out of the deal. At the time we were devastated, but as she kept reminding us, everything happens out for a reason. We know this was absolutely the right decision and we are so thankful for her willingness to give us her honest opinion which didn't make her job any easier. I should also mention that we knew nothing about propane and septic systems so she guided us through all of that fun stuff, too. Tracey Guttes is an A+++ agent.
We were completely pleased with the service that Tracey provided. Tracey did everything she could think of to successfully market our property, even staging it a couple of different ways to get the right traffic. She helped every step of the way with any question we threw at her (and there were plenty!). She even repaired a leaky outside faucet while we were gone that she noticed on a showing, above and beyond the call of duty.
We felt very lucky to have found Tracey to help us relocate from Tyler to Austin. Tracey is extremely knowledgeable about the Austin area and was professional in all interactions. After we decided to move to Texas from California, we needed a realtor we could rely on to understand our family's needs and help us navigate a new area from a distance. We first met Tracey when visiting Austin and requested to see a home she was listing. She was immediately responsive and scheduled a showing around our scheduled while we were in town. While the house was not for us, we were so impressed by Tracey's responsiveness, knowledge, and understanding of our circumstances that we asked her if she could be our realtor for our purchase. It was truly the best decision we ever could have made in this process, which took several months and had countless roadblocks along the way (such as our California home taking longer to sell than expected, inspection issues on the first house we made an offer on, etc.) She navigated each and every bump with poise and was instrumental in helping us keep our nerves and emotions in check through what turned out to be a much more challenging process than we ever imagined. At every step of the way, Tracey gave us her honest opinion, and never once tried to push us in any direction or try to "sell" us on a house. She truly understood our needs and made sure they were all met. We ended up in our dream home that we plan to live in for decades raising our three children. Without a doubt, we could not have done this without her, and she has made us into a forever client (and referral source). Annette is the only agent I'd ever consider using. She's helped me buy and sell two homes, and I couldn't be happier with how the process unfolded each time. Finding the right house in Austin can be so stressful but Annette had all the bases covered. She was calm, confident and super knowledge about the market and the specifics of the neighborhoods. I did a lot of research to find a realtor and company that is highly regarded in the community. I decided to go with Bramlett Residential Real Estate. I also selected a realtor who's name is Trey Blanco. You will not meet a nicer guy than Trey Blanco. Let's face it Car Salesman, Lawyers, and Real Estate agents make us all cringe because they are in it for themselves.
Trey is the opposite. I found him by reading reviews and the reviews were spot on. Trey bent over backwards for me and accompanied me an hour out of Austin to check out new builds and responded to every request I had.
I'm very picky and felt bad going from one house or idea to the next but he was right there with me. He introduced me to Austin and everything it has to offer since I just relocated from AZ. Trey also has a vast network of resources and connected me with a relator in AZ who was just as good as Trey who sold my house on the first day it hit the market.
