Andrew Hackemack was great to work with! He was always fast to respond and proactive in getting our contract negotiated and executed.
To give some more specifics, my wife and I were headed out of the country for a couple of weeks, but found a place Andrew was representing the day we were leaving. We were worried the place wouldn't be available when we got back, so decided to throw a hail mary and texted Andrew to see if he could show us the property before our flight. Sure enough, he was able to rearrange his schedule and got us in.
While we were traveling we decided to move forward with the place. Andrew was extremely accommodating even though we kept going in and out of service, but made sure everything went smoothly.
