My wife and I made the decision to move to Round Rock from out of state after our daughter and grandchildren moved to Cedar Park. I put out feelers over the Internet with multiple real estate companies. I received numerous emails but only Elle’s assistant, Michelle, actually called me on the phone. She was extremely kind and helpful and we made the decision to meet with her and Elle on an upcoming house hunting trip. Elle was very helpful and knowledgeable and over the next couple of months helped us to decide on a new build in Mayfield Ranch. She assisted us all along the way and when issues came up she stepped in and made sure everything worked out out as they should. I am very glad she was in our corner.
Along the way Elle became more than just our real estate agent. We consider her our friend. I would highly recommend Elle to anyone looking to purchase a home. You will not be disappointed.

Elle helped us last year find our new home and she was fantastic! She walked us through step by step, answered all questions all hours of the day and happily took us and our 4 rambunctious young kids house hunting. We are truly happy with everything she did for us. She has since then found my parents and some friends their homes to rave reviews as well! Such an excellent realtor that I would (and have) recommend to anyone who is looking for a new home!

Carlos was an absolute blessing to have as our Realator. The first thing that I noticed about him was that I felt like I could ask any questions- regardless of how dumb. This was super important to my husband and I because this is the first house we have ever purchased.
The second thing that stuck out is the way he never pressured us to buy a specific house or tried to push us towards anything if we didn’t feel comfortable with it. He made sure that we controlled the climate of what houses we wanted to see and continued to encourage us along the way when it felt like everything was moving slowly.
The third thing is he is a great communicator. He always messaged us back timely and checked in on us to see if we had questions throughout the week when we were browsing. And as soon as we wanted to see a home he would immediately make an appointment to view it. This was extremely important to us because my husband and I are in the military and so we were not in Texas during the entire process. Carlos actually drove one hour North of Austin everytime we wanted him to view a home for us and he would FaceTime and send videos of the home so we could see them.
All in all I could not recommend Carlos more to anyone! Thank you for guiding us through the purchase of our first home.

Not only am I lucky to have Rob Gordon as a friend, but he is an outstanding agent. He helped guide us through selling our apartment from prepping & staging, to scheduling the listing date, negotiation and closing (even when he had some hiccups which were no fault of his!). We were able to get a great price even in the slow market we have today. Can't speak highly enough of him and Bramlett. As for buying, he's already helped us put in an offer and gave us crucial buying information. Even though we didn't end up getting the house, Rob advised us with sage wisdom. 1000% recommended and will be using him for all our Austin real estate needs in the future!
