We were first home buyers and had little knowledge about the hunting process. One of our friends suggested Bailey Moran and we are so glad he did.
Bailey was truly exceptional to work with. She explained us the process and answered all our questions patiently. She is really knowledgable about the area and helped us narrow down our neighborhood.
We visited multiple houses and she would explain positives and negatives of each of the houses we visited. Eventually we settled on a new construction which took a total of 6 months to complete.Bailey was always available and responsive throughout and always made time for us.
Bailey attended all our meetings with the builders and even helped choose our options to increase the our home. Our builder was a little difficult to work with but Bailey expertly followed up with them and made sure all the deliverables were met and we were happy.
To sum it up I would say Bailey is the best. We would highly recommend Bailey and we look forward to working with her again.

Wife and I worked with Lauren Yoder on multiple projects - renting a home, purchasing a new build and selling our home. She (and the team at Bramlett) are by far the most skilled, knowledgeable and helpful realtors I've ever worked with in my life. They listened and also provided valuable insight during negotiations, contracts, taxes, etc. Honestly wouldn't engage anyone else for real estate.

After months spinning my wheels, I decided to make a cold-call to Bramlett Residential to see if I could find a buyer's agent that worked for me. Look no further. As a first-time homebuyer, Patrick had my back every step of the way. His knowledge of the Austin neighborhoods is deep and further broadened by the unique perspective of a fellow cyclist. We immediately starting making lists of homes/properties, and within a day's notice, he'd have timely, organized schedules of how to catch them all. In the unforgiving early-2021 Austin market, he even managed to renegotiate my contract to save me a bundle. Once we connected it didn't take long to sign, Patrick was very knowledgeable in making strong offers in a very competitive market.

Helping us set expectations and informing us the current condition of the market, taking us to open houses and helping us put together a competitive offer, and helping us with negotiations and recommending top notch inspectors for the job. Vicki was very responsive and patient with answering all of our questions, she did not pressure us on anything and respected our budget and gave us objective information to help with our decision making. She took us on 12 open houses in one day, we ended up making 3 solid offers and got one accepted in one weekend, it was super efficient and couldn't have gone smoother! I have had the privilege of working with Tara not only in listing/selling but also buying. She is the foremost expert when it comes to any type of real estate. I have brought/sold a townhouse, brought/sold a high rise condo and have brought/sold a residential house. Tara far exceeded my expectations and always found the perfect client for my residence to buy or the perfect client for my residence in selling.

I was a first time home buyer in the booming Austin market so there were many challenges that presented themselves. Simon was incredibly accommodating and made himself available on very short notice to view listings that were sure to be off the market in very little time. I had never been through this process before and had no idea what to expect with each new step. Simon helped to guide me through what to expect and what to think about in each location that I considered. He also provided me with several options of people that he trusts for outside resources such as mortgage broker and home inspector. KASEY GILLIAM was so amazing that it took me a while to write this review because it was hard to put all that she did for me into words!!! Even though I work in the industry, once I was in the shoes of the buyer things were still nerve-wrecking. Kasey is responsive, runs a schedule, and she shows up SO prepared---she knew everything about the house when we went on a viewing, understood and LISTENED to what was important to me in a home and so she knew what to point out on the tours (things I would like/not like etc.). There were also many cases where Kasey brought up concerns to me on the property that I didn't think of---this meant a lot to me because it showed just how much she cared (was more concerned with me getting into a home I loved even after closing than just making a quick sale). When I was nervous about signing or saying "okay lets do this" she was there---with ZERO pressure---giving me the nudge that I needed because it was a great deal/house. When the builder had to change things or when issues arose she was RIGHT there on the phone talking me through it and talking me off of many metaphorical cliffs :). She is the best of the best in Austin and I will always refer her and use her as long as I am buying houses. Thank you Kasey!!! You helped make my dreams come true!!!
