Linda Baddour is phenomenal! We decided to move to Austin with only 3 weeks before school started. We wanted to find a home and get our child enrolled in school quickly.
Linda went straight to work, she listened to what we wanted and was very helpful in recommending neighborhoods with good schools. We saw about 16 houses in one day because I was on a mission to find the perfect house in one weekend! She was a trooper and we found the perfect home made an offer and had everything wrapped up quickly.
Because of Linda's strong network of people she was able to refer us to for funding and inspection services, we were able to close in 3 weeks.

Lauren was incredible to work with! This was our first time buying a home and the market was crazy/overwhelming. Lauren helped us at each step and made the process as easy as possible. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable. She fought with us and for us when our builder was moving slower than they should. She was patient and kind to us when we asked her a million questions. If you are looking for a realtor, I highly recommend Lauren! I honestly don't believe that you can find anyone better!
Craig McGuire was an incredible asset to us as we sold our Austin home! Have had many real estate transactions, but Craig helped us navigate an "interesting" market, was always available, and truly a problem-solver with a great work ethic. 10/10 would recommend him to anyone buying or selling!

We had the pleasure of working with Vicki Duran - representing Bramlett Residential. Vicki was referred by a friend who she also helped about 2y ago.
We reached out to Vicki and set up some time for a virtual call (we weren't living in Austin at the time). During the call, she walked us through the entire process: what to expect, market & financial expectations, and how long the process would take, also recommended local lending agencies we should reach out to, to speed up the offer & closing process.
We came to Austin for 10 days and Vicki booked those days just for us. We provided the houses we were interested in and she set up the viewings. At each location, she provided us with copies of the full background, details, and necessary specifications of the house.
