We were fortunate to find Tara McGuire from Bramlett Residential as our realtor. A friend who had a great experience with Bramlett Residential introduced us to this real estate firm and the owner referred us to Tara who is one of their experienced realtors. We were thankful that Tara was able to expertly and safely guide us through the processes of selling our home of 25 years in the volatile Austin market during the extra difficult times of Covid. She laid out a written day-by-day plan, outlining all of the critical checkpoints and events that were required leading up to a successful closing. She leveraged her team who followed up regularly to help us with all of the paperwork and handle all of the details. We were never out of the loop on the status of our sale, and when we had questions or concerns, Tara was quick to respond. In the end, the house listed on a Thursday, the final offers were in on Monday, and we accepted an offer on Tuesday. Kasey is a great resource for us. We are lucky to have her as our agent to purchase our first single house. As an out-of-town buyer, we faced a lot of challenges to purchase a property remotely. At our introduction meeting, she was warm and knowledgeable. She asked a lot of questions about our needs and plans for the property. Based on the information we provided to her, she helped us identify the property that fits in our budget and meets our needs. During the purchasing process, she ensured our communication with the seller opened all the time. She responded to the questions and inquiries from us and the seller quickly and updated us with new information promptly. She is reliable and pays attention to details. When she represented us at the final walkthrough, she identified important deficiency that was missed by the third-party inspector. We appreciate her knowledge, honesty, and hard work.

If we forgot something, we knew that we could rely on Vicki to bring these things to our attention. She was our realtor as well as our counselor for buying a home.

Linda Baddour is the best real estate agent we could ask for! Especially in this crazy Austin seller's real estate market in the Lakeway/Bee Caves/Dripping Springs area, where homes were going for way over listing price quickly for multiple offers, we needed a responsive, savvy, expert in real estate and Linda pulled out all the stops for us. She was super responsive even within a couple minutes of an email or text request and consistently went above and beyond getting us comps, hoa docs, and home info beyond what could be found on the MLS we could see. She saved us a ton of time avoiding homes with lease backs or condos masquerading as homes that we didn't want. She helped us write strong offers and got them submitted quickly so we were able to win an offer after a couple of weeks and tries and close on a home! As first time homebuyers I anticipated this to be a rocky venture, and it did not disappoint. However, Tyson Hombroek was concise and patient with us throughout the whole process. Buying in the Austin area is tough right now. The market was not on our side but I always felt like Tyson was. He helped us find homes we could afford and make the most competitive offers we could.
