We moved out-of-state and needed to sell our Austin property quickly. The market was soft and the house needed some major repairs. We never could have done it all without Jeremy Vandermause. From our first zoom meeting, we knew we found the best realtor who could help us navigate all the bumps and hurdles that go along with real estate transactions. We were impressed with his marketing strategies, as we had a surprisingly high number of showings during the slowest time of year for sales.
