We built a new house in Dripping Springs and Bailey Moran was fantastic! She guided us through the entire process and answered many questions for us. She handled all of the issues that came up with the builder and got them to work it to our favor. Bailey took the stress out of buying a home. If you are looking to buy/build a home then I highly recommend Bailey because she was there to handle the entire process for us from beginning to end.
We recently sold our first home and we could not have done it without Will! He came prepared with comps and armed with information to start the process of selling our home. Within the week we had professional photos done and the house listed on every relevant website. He hosted an open house and within hours, our house was under contract. We had some unforeseen issues with the home that we were unaware of but Will came through in a big way and had our house under contact the same day of the first one falling through. He worked quickly and efficiently to make sure we had the best deal possible. We never felt pushed or rushed, just informed. Every step of the way Will was there to provide us with answers and reassure us when we needed it most. Our home buying journey began in June of 2019, passively looking at homes in Austin but unsure of how serious we were. We had just moved from Boston, MA and were still getting settled in Austin, but had a feeling this was where we wanted to lay down roots. As we inquired about a home we received a reply immediately from Kristin.
From there, we had our initial meeting, explained to Kristin the area and types of homes that were appealing to us. Kristin listened, took our feedback, gave us some great insights on the market, housing styles and locations and showed us three different styles of homes to get our reaction to each one (very insightful!). Unfortunately, since we were in Austin for less than a year, we decided to give ourselves a bit more time. Through the course of the next year Kristin would check in from time to time to see how we were doing. Many realtors would identify that we were not motivated and move on. But not Kristin! She was patient and responsive no matter what.
Fast forward to July of 2020. Now just over a year and a half in Austin and we knew this was the place we wanted to be. Once again Kristin was responsive and ready to meet us right away to start looking at homes! We toured multiple houses and she was able to answer any and all questions. Each time she was professional, fully prepared and easy to talk to!
When we found our home, she helped us with the offer terms and gave us great coaching throughout the process. Unfortunately, some things fell through and we decided to not move forward. While many realtors may be frustrated with the back and forth, Kristin went above and beyond through the entire process while maintaining a great attitude.

Tara McGuire has been an amazing Realtor for me! I really can't say enough good things. She worked with me to sell my house and buy another one. First of all - selling. I could tell from our initial meeting that she has all of her ducks in a row and thinks of everything. She has a ton of experience and she has a great team who help to support her success. She also is in the loop with contacts for other vendors (home improvement, financial related, etc.) that ended up being important with getting the house ready and actually crucial during the option period for the buyers (an impartial foundation assessment company). I was really impressed with the stager I had access to, and the professional photos of my house were fantastic (both no additional cost for me). Now, buying. I've had some twists and turns on my wish list and buying process but Tara has been patient with me and seems to have endless energy with marathon house tour days. I toured some open houses on my own as well, and one of the agents hosting an open house knows Tara and couldn't say enough good things about her, which reassured me even more than I already knew I made a great choice. One thing that struck me is that she said Tara has a lot of great systems and processes in place and I totally see that. Now we are under contact for our new house, which we are really excited about, and will close this week! I loved that she is taking care of everything for me - she even scheduled the inspection and told me to show up at the end. One thing that I really noticed is that she knows what to say and when. For example, she recommended we go out of town the weekend we listed the house for sale. She gave me a couple interim updates and told me when I got my first offer (plus I had access to the system that records the visits) but basically didn't worry me about anything until we got all the offers in (7!) and presented which one was best and why it was best. On the other hand, when I was buying, she kept me in the loop with every action - she submitted the offer, the other agent acknowledged, how any negotiations were going, etc. There's no doubt Tara is a great choice!
As a first time homebuyer, I couldn’t have gone through the whole process without the help of Craig McGuire. Craig was attentive and patient. He showed me older homes, new builds and was with me every step of the way all the way to closing. He also came with a slew of recommendations for various services like gutter installers, movers, pest control etc. I really appreciated his help and look forward to working with him in the future!
During our house hunting journey, we were absolutely BLESSED to have Tara guiding us. From day one, Tara has been awesome. Tara has consistently been professional, prompt in her communication, attentive to our needs, and very caring. She also is extremely understanding of the stress of home buying and has been so understanding of mine and my husband's quirks. Tara always did her best to make sure we felt supported and was always honest with us. We completely trust Tara because she consistently proved she knew what she was talking about. Furthermore, the fact that she is so familiar with remodeling processes and costs, helped us better assess the many homes we saw. As to your question about what Tara did especially well; there were so many things. She absolutely always made the time to show us a house we expressed interest in....she never said "oh no, I can't show you that house"--she never let us down. She is just a very kind, compassionate, and generous person. She always made us feel that she had our back and our best interest at heart. This is such a vulnerable process and she always supported us. There is nothing she could have done better.
Overall, the sales transaction of our home was very good. The only stress I felt was from the title company which was absolutely not Tara's fault in any way. The title company agent was really not great and that was just our luck as that company was selected by the seller. Tara really made the buying process great.
My family is very grateful to Tara. We are living in our dream home and we are so happy!

The same day, Kasey Gilliam called me and the rest is history. Being a first time homebuyer is filled with anxiety. You can do all the research beforehand, but there is nothing compared to working with Kasey and her extensive knowledge of the market and homebuying process. She listened to what was important to us. She walked us through every step of the way and never made us feel guilty of our endless questions. She pointed out what to look out for. She never pressured us into anything (and actually talked through why certain properties weren't good buys). She has a contact for everything. She always made herself available to show properties either the same day or the next - which can make all the difference when properties sell the same weekend. She sent us comparative analysis of neighborhoods so we could make decisions based on hard facts. And the cherry on top was I genuinely feel she wanted us to find the perfect house. Kasey was so incredible I wish I had her for all aspects of my life. And when we eventually decide to sell the house, she'll be the one we call. I could not recommend her highly enough.
