I've heard from many people, buying your first house is a nightmare and stressful, anxiety inducing grueling process. Those people have clearly not had the pleasure of working with Craig McGuire with Bramlett Real Estate! My spouse and I were lucky enough to be put in touch with Craig from a referral from a friend, and from our first conversation, we knew he was looking out for our best interests and wanted to make as much of our dreams a reality within our budget. Craig was excited and upbeat and positive throughout the whole process. The Austin market is crazy right now and almost disheartening for newbie buyers, but Craig assured us all would work out fine and squashed any doubt or fear we felt creeping in. He answered every single question we had and gave us a timeline on how things would progress along the way. From the get go when we said what our plans and dreams were, he was onboard and ready to jump on and help us on our quest. WHO just hears some stranger's dreams and plans and springs into action like that?? There are some good real estate agents out there. This was my first time selling a home so I was nervous about picking the right realtor. I stumbled across Bramlett Residential through some google searches and I am so thankful that I did. Will Mackintosh was my realtor and he was so great to work with. Because of Covid, everything was done virtually and it was really easy. Will was very responsive, patient, and kind. The entire team was great to work with. They were thorough, answered all my questions, and sent me all the "action items" that I needed to complete with plenty of lead time so that I never felt rushed. They explained everything so that I knew exactly what was happening and what was expected of me. When it came to negotiating with the buyers, Will provided his guidance and expert opinion which I listened to without hesitation. Recently, my husband and I decided to take a life changing step and move to the Austin area for a job opportunity. We had never been here before and had no idea what to expect. We also decided to set up a more permanent situation and buy our first house. We had no idea where to start or what to do. Every step of our first home buying experience was amazing due to Chris Johnsons dedication to not only helping us find our perfect home but every step after all the way through closing and now even after helping us find contractorsfor things we want done. I would highly recommend him if you're looking to purchase a home and if we ever plan on moving he will be my first call! Thank you Chris for everything!
Worked with Will for our first house purchase years ago and again to sell our house this year. He did helps us to provide a decent offer when we purchased our first house. We used him again based on reviews and his first meeting knowledge and valuable opinions as seller agent, we were pleased by his recommendations and advise. We followed his advice by what are highly recommended to renovate and what to avoid renovate not to waste money to increase house value. It was a bit unfortunate that the house we purchased has less privacy and smaller backyard that we didn't consider and not in a good market. And we were in a hurry to sell house so did not go through other major renovations. The selling process is not a pleasant experience because of several potential buyers side issues and inexperienced buyer agent, but Will helped us to go through the offer and ensure to protect our benefits during negotiation period. Without Will, we probably would take the wrong step to over renovate or not renovate the house. I still highly recommend working with him based on both selling and buying experience.
My husband and I had an excellent experience working with Tara McGuire on both selling our home and buying a new home. We were impressed with how extremely knowledgeable Tara is about the market. She knew exactly how to price our home and, like she predicted, we had multiple above asking offers within a few days. She also provide very helpful suggestions on how to prepare and stage our home that we are certain made all the difference. She was very communicative and kept us apprised every step of the way. We highly recommend Tara!
We worked with Simon Vand on a commercial property purchase and he was so great! We had a huge issue with a terrible realtor on the seller's side but Simon handled everything professionally, was honest with us about issues and escalated our concerns to make sure our needs were met. Overall, a great experience, the property is perfect for our business and we've recommended Simon to all of our friends.
Bailey was so great! She was attentive to our needs, did not push us to make a decision and helped us find our dream house. She is extremely personable and she is very patient. She understood what we were looking for and helped guide us especially since we were moving from out of state. She always had time to answer our questions and reassure us if we were not sure. She was great at negotiating and following through. She always kept us in the loop and would definitely recommend her to others

I’ve worked with Will Mackintosh both buying and selling homes, and I cannot recommend him enough. After working with other agents in the past, it is apparent that Bramlett is different. LAUREN YODER IS ABOVE AND BEYOND!! She has been the most attentive, diligent, person I have worked with in general. From the first tour, she was proactively ensuring all of the important details were taken into account, she would check for any cracks, hints on foundation problems, water heater, ac details. She would do intense research on the area, from standard like how secure, flooding probability, value of the location, to any potential upcoming projects that might affect it in the long run. She helped us negotiate with the seller, lender, warranty and even insurance, helped us understand the inspection report and advised appropriately, helped us get a foundation warranty transferred, gave structure to the whole process, took over all the overwhelming details, and just made the whole process from finding, making an offer, to closing WAY easier than it would have been. She is also very knowledgeable and proactive, which gave us peace of mind as we knew if we overlooked anything, Lauren would have our back. She really made all the difference and we will be forever grateful. Ps. She also has the best recommendations for ANYTHING home related.
Will MacKintosh was such a pleasure to work with! He was always available when I had questions, returned calls immediately and explained everything that was going on. I had a duplex with renters in both units and he was great about working with them to show the property, etc, so that I didn't have to be there. He listened and understood what I wanted and worked to make that happen. I highly recommend him.

My husband and I had the great privilege to work with Linda Baddour, who guided us through our first-time home buying experience! I appreciated her extensive knowledge of the city as she was able to point out the best neighborhoods that suited our taste. She clearly knows the city extremely well and has witnessed Austin's phenomenal growth through the years.
We found Linda patient, thorough and with fantastic communication skills. When I wanted to see the condo additional times to check for various details (condition of the tiles, direction of light at different times of the day, etc)... she was happy to make herself available. She also had professional recommendations for various repairs we were thinking about. And my husband I never felt rushed -- we went from looking at ranch properties to realizing we really wanted to be closer to town.
Lastly, when we finally put an offer on the most amazing condo, I was impressed when she called us with this update: "Well, the owner had multiple offers... but they've accepted yours!" That's the kind of realtor you want on your side and we couldn't be more grateful for the guidance she provided every single step of the way.

We used Bailey Moran for our home purchase in Austin, and couldn't be happier with our decision. We were coming from California and had no idea what area we wanted to live in when moving. Bailey helped walk us through each area virtually, sent us any listings that came available (many of which were before they hit the market), and always answered whenever we called. We ended up taking a trip to Austin and she spent the entire weekend showing us around, explaining the pros and cons of each area, and was a pleasure to just spend time with. When we found our perfect home she was very strategic throughout the process to ensure we got the house (in a very competitive market). Everything with our home buying process went astonishingly smoothly, from the first call with Craig for him to get a sense of what we were looking for all the way through closing. My husband and I kept joking that something was bound to go wrong since 2020 has been rough in so many ways, but we were both incredibly pleased when everything went perfectly. Craig went above and beyond to help us through this process. Being first-time, out-of-state home buyers, we started out intimidated by the process and a bit overwhelmed by all of the moving pieces. But Craig was there from start to finish, taking as much time as we needed to answer all of our questions, big and small, in a knowledgeable and friendly way. We put a lot of trust in Craig since we were still out of town for the final walkthrough and closing and he exceeded our expectations with his attention to detail, his responsiveness, his standing up for our needs with the builders, and how well he kept us in the loop each step of the way. This was an incredible experience and we're so happy in our new home!
