My husband and I highly recommend working with Craig McGuire at Bramlett Residential. We were lucky enough to find Craig to help with the purchase of our first home and he was fantastic to work with. The Austin market was really tough but Craig was there every step of the way. He made sure we were able to get in and see every house we liked at a time that worked well for our schedules. He had answers to every question and as first time home buyers, we had a lot! He was honest, encouraging and patient. Craig is great at building relationships which is key in various ways, but to name a few-you feel like you’re talking to a trusted friend when you’re evaluating a home or making decisions on an offer. He listens and respects what you want while providing great advice. He has so much knowledge of the market and houses in general and genuinly wants to make sure his clients are happy.
