I can't recommend Eric enough. My wife and I recently sold our house under time constraints, to move to a new city. Not an easy task. Eric and his team had our house on the market and sold in weeks. Their communication was excellent. They guided us through every step. And you get the feeling that you're benefitting from Eric's experience. He would give us both sides of a situation, explain the pros and cons, and if asked for, give a knowledgeable recommendation. I felt confident we were getting the best deal from a guy who really knows what he's doing.

Will has helped my family purchase two homes (as well as selling one) over the course of three years. I worked with Bailey as a first time home buyer that was also relocating to the Austin area. Bailey made the experience as seamless as possible and was able to work across time zones to help me and my fiancee find the perfect home for us. Eric sold our house in Austin this year and was a very big help. The property had been a rental for a few years so he helped us get contractors in to change out the floors, paint the house, make the yard look nice, and fix a roof leak. Eric and his team worked really efficiently and were able to get everything done in about 3 weeks. He did a great job marketing the house and helped us negotiate a good deal on the house when the market was slowing down. We were considering moving from San Francisco to Austin so we took a trip out to Austin to check out the neighborhoods. Before we went, we did a bunch of research to find a good real estate agent that could show us around. We ended up with Kasey Gilliam from Bramlett Residential and she was amazing! Kasey drove us around the neighborhoods for two days straight, showed us a bunch of properties, gave us an overview of the pros and cons of different neighborhoods in Austin, and also gave us her opinion on each of the properties we saw. I've worked with real estate agents that just go with you, open the door, and then don't give you any advice on the property. In my opinion that's not helpful at all, and Kasey certainly added a lot of value in our decision-making process! I would highly recommend Kasey to anyone who's considering buying in Austin.
