We absolutely love working with our clients and we love nothing more than helping them have a wonderful buying or selling experience. Over the years, our clients have graciously written 1000+ reviews about their experiences on sites like Google, Yelp, & Zillow. We've collected them here.

Sally Pierce is an exceptional Realtor and a genuine, honest, attentive, compassionate, and generally, wonderful person to work with.
She was exceptionally professional, and I feel like she’s family after selling our house for us. She communicated extremely well
throughout the entire process. She set our expectations very well going into the process, what to expect, and kept us informed throughout
the entire process.

Sally Pierce is an outstanding real estate agent professional. Sally’s persistent attention to detail, her highly responsive and
pertinent advice to us during every aspect and phase of our purchase transaction made its successful conclusion possible, especially in
the critical contractual “option”, “contingency”, “inspection”, and post-closing periods. Such periods can be mine-fields for buyers, but
Sally helped us to successfully step through them.
These periods were particularly challenging for out-of-state buyers such as ourselves. Sally’s representation of our interests in every
detail throughout the offer, acceptance, and escrow/title phases was highly valuable, timely, and professional. She “kept it real”. Her
patience, understanding, and honesty were greatly appreciated and were manifest in her working and coordination with the sellers’ broker
while representing our best interests at every turn.
We can’t recommend a better real estate agent/broker than Sally Pierce. Our “satisfaction” rating on this wonderful lady is “off-the-chart”!
Thank you and Realty Austin, and especially Sally Pierce, for your respective services.

When I met Sally in an open house, she immediately understood my needs as a seller. Our connection in what my vision was and how
she could help me and my family fell hand in hand. I never felt pressured to say yes. She eased me into a realistic time frame. Sally
professionally updated me on the market changes since it had been over 9 years since my previous sale. She understood and listened to
my need to sell quickly and immediately, and have a house for my family to move into. When the work was difficult to prepare for a sale,
she was always by my side, literally. I never had a REALTOR that would lift a finger to help. She helped stage the house with her charm
and expertise. It was the cleanest and prettiest home I ever had. She offered her expertise in pricing my home. When I said no, she said
\How do you feel about this?" We came to a comfortable amount backed by her research of other sales. She listened to my needs vs. my wants. Our house sold on the first offer. She never left my side and walked me through a difficult move. I have already planned on asking her to help me and my family in any housing needs for a lifetime. The only thing I have missed is her multiple calls to update me

We got a referral to Sally Pierce of Realty Austin through family. We wanted to move to the Austin area to be
closer to our daughter. We contacted Sally, set up a phone appointment, and had a great talk with her about
what type of home we wanted and where, and what the buying process in Texas would entail. A few weeks
later, we made an initial trip to look at houses in person. Sally was helpful and kind, and she provided
information on the communities we were interested in, in addition to showing us quite a few houses. At this
point, we had not yet put our California home on the market, but Sally was great about keeping in touch with
us and being patient, as we had to sell our California house before we could purchase in Texas. We finally
sold our house and flew out to Texas again, this time to buy. Sally was there (and still is!) with us every step of
the way, providing her great expertise and knowledge, along with kindness, laughter, and friendship. She is a
top-notch real estate agent who truly cares about her clients and what their needs are. We highly recommend
her and will definitely call her when the time comes to buy and/or sell again. In fact, we have introduced her to
our daughter to use as her pending real estate agent in the coming months.

On a scale of 1 - 10 Sally is a 20! She went above and beyond for us. She definitely was our advocate throughout the entire process,
making sure that we clearly understood each and every part of the process. She is one of the most ethical, honest, and caring people that
I know. Rick and I felt like she cared for us as if we were one of her own family members. She made the scary situation of selling our
home quite simple and we sailed easily and smoothly through the entire process. We have already recommended Sally to a couple of
other people, and if any of our family members or fiends are in need of a REALTOR, we will ensure that they use Sally. We love you
Sally!"

Our experience with Sally, which is still ongoing, has been nothing less than incredible! It has been quite a ride and she’s gone above and
beyond every step of the way. We’ve recently closed on the sale of our home and are now actively looking for our next home, all with the
assistance and expertise of Sally Jane!
Last year, we had a horrible experience with a realtor, that resulted in us backing out on the sale of our home and the home we were
passionate about buying. It was an emotional and financial disaster. We shared this experience with Sally at our initial meeting so she
could understand our concerns and fears.
Sally’s knowledge, compassion, and patience are unmeasurable. She is easily accessible and has always been there for us no matter
what time of the day, weekends included. We’ve felt that we were her only clients and know full well that someone like Sally, has many
other clients. She answers all our questions without making us feel like the “rookies” we really are. And, if she doesn’t know the answer
she goes out of her way to find out. There is so much to say about this girl and it’s all good stuff. She’s an exceptionally kind person first
and foremost. Then, she’s also a pit bull when it comes to protecting and standing firm for her clients.
We consider Sally as our friend. (Tony, too!). We feel very fortunate that she was highly recommended. If we would have taken that
recommendation last year, we would be living in the home that we loved. We know that she will find us the next perfect home that we will
love even more.
We hope you appreciate and value everything about Sally Marie because we sure do! If we ever need to sell or buy again it’s obviously
going to be with this fine and special lady.

We closed on our house last week, and the experience was awesome! I felt like Sally was really looking out for our best interests
throughout the home search and purchase process. I was referred to Meleah Wehman through a friend, and she was teamed up with
Sally, who then worked with us through the purchase process. Both were great, and as we bought entirely remotely from California (not
having visited the home or even Austin one time), it really made the process much more comfortable and trustworthy. We’re looking
forward to meeting Sally in person in a couple weeks so we can thank her again in person for all the great pointers, tips, and help. There
were things I hadn’t even thought to consider during my home search that Sally pointed out that greatly contributed to us finding the right
home.

Sally Pierce was excellent to work with in selling or house in Cedar Park. She definitely went above and beyond. We have actually
worked with Sally in the past when we purchased our home, and she was always very detailed oriented and knowledgeable. We would
recommend Sally when selling or purchasing a home.

I originally worked with Sally back in 2016, and she spent a lot of time finding me the perfect home. As a first time buyer, she was patient,
spent time figuring out what I wanted, and was more concerned with taking care of me than making a sale. Unfortunately, right as we
were about to send the earnest and option money, I backed out. This was not in any way Sally's fault; rather, it was mine (and I ended up
relocating to Los Angeles a few months later).
Fast forward to December 2019. I still live in Los Angeles, but now my wife and I are shopping for Austin's homes to move there. We
would fly to Austin for two days to look at commercial leasing spaces and homes, so Sally would only have one day with us. She spent
the same time and care getting to know us, what we wanted, and then offered up areas to see. Sally was on the ball with new homes and
new pockets to discover as we ruled out areas and narrowed it down. Sally even spent time showing us homes via FaceTime when we
couldn't fly out.
After being outbid on two homes, we found one that was even better than all the others, checked off every box, and we knew we found
the right one. Sally was so excited about it too - and we only saw it on FaceTime first. Even at the start of the COVID pandemic, Sally not
only got the deal done quickly but also showed me the house with the inspector because I wanted to fly in and see everything.
Sally Pierce went above and beyond what a real estate agent normally does. She is kind, intelligent, funny, has a contagious laugh, and
we felt she truly cared that we found the perfect home. We have fond memories of every meeting with her, from her great Texan accent to
her laugh to her insight on homes. Sally really knows homes the Austin market. We are so grateful we purchased our home with Sally and
will definitely be repeat customers, should that be an option.

Sally is the most kind and understanding Realtor, and so humane in her approach. She makes the toughest of situations seem simple
and puts in so much effort with grace to help out. She treated me like family for the amount she did for me during a very tough phase in
my life; to help me sell my home. I cannot thank her enough, and it has been a blessing to have dear Sally as my Realtor. I knew I was in
reliable and good hands that everything would be done in the right way.

My wife and I met Sally at an open house where she was the listing agent. We had recently moved to Austin and did not know much
about the real estate in Austin. We really enjoyed talking to her and set up a follow-up meeting in which she described the market,
explained the process, and discussed all the relevant and important details that we should take into account. We asked her to represent
us and we are really happy with that decision.
Throughout the process, Sally was always responsive and helped us with any questions. She was knowledgeable, professional, and had
a lot of useful information about the local market in Austin. But what really makes Sally stand out among other agents in my opinion is that
we could truly 100% trust her to be working in our best interests. Sally was always honest with us about the facts and I really appreciate
it.
We were able to find a great house in less than 3 weeks working with Sally. We also recommended her to another couple. With Sally's
help, they found their house in less than two weeks. We are really happy to have found her and will definitely work with her in the future.
100% recommended!

I can't begin to describe how awesome Sally is. She was literally the first person we ever met when contemplating moving to Texas 4
years ago, and her personality is such that we hit it off immediately; it was only natural to reach out to her again when we were ready to
sell our home and move to a new location.
Sally is passionate and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to her profession. Having sold us this house originally, Sally knew of
both its benefits as well as its shortcomings. She gave us a hit list--six pages long!--of things she recommended we do in order to
maximize interest and the return on our investment. Grumbling under my breath--and under my wife's guidance--I grudgingly knocked out
every single item on that "To Do" list over a period of 3 months. When the time came to list, she was elated that we did everything and
was confident in listing the house for $35000 more than she originally thought we'd be able to hit the market at. She confided that most
people only do a handful of things and generally get what they're asking for, but since we did so much work, she felt we might get more
than the asking price, and did we ever! We listed at $460K and thanks to Sally's guidance and expertise, we closed last week at $600K.
I doubt anyone else would have gotten us over the finish line with such an amazing offer. She's a treat to work with, knows her stuff, and
is an all-around awesome person. I wish every agent could be a Sally, but then she wouldn't stand out as being the super-special person
she is. Having worked with realtors of questionable characters in the past, Sally is the epitome of honesty and a true delight; we'd never
consider using anybody else.

Sally was a delight to work with. She clearly had our best interests at heart and was an invaluable resource given the long-arm nature of
our purchase. She looked out for our best interests, was extremely professional, friendly, warm, and caring, and looked at all the
properties through a critical eye instead of just pushing to make the sale. Sally has a great network of professional contractors to pull
from, and always had satisfactory answers to any questions which arose. We communicated so often during the process that once we
closed we went into \withdrawal\ because we weren't talking on a daily basis anymore. We have made sure to stay in touch however and do get a chance to speak every couple of weeks. We both consider Sally to be a friend and wouldn't change a thing. We would work with her again in an instant and recommend her to anyone.

I recommend Realty Austin because of Sally Pierce. Sally is an amazing person and just a phenomenal agent. She is by far the hardest
working, most knowledgeable agent we have worked without of the last 11 moves. Sally walked us through each step of the process and
was always available to address any immediate concerns. She was also compassionate, understandable, empathic, and counseled us
through the pressures of moving. We were able to get important things done to get the house ready to sell because of the contractors and
businesses who knew Sally and would drop everything to do the job because of their respect for Sally. She also provided needed
assistance with prep work for showing the home, including some of her own products to help. It’s because of Sally Pierce that we had
multiple offers on our home within two days, and we went on to sell our house about three weeks after going on the market. So YES, we
would highly recommend Sally Pierce to anyone looking for an agent to sell their home. She is the only agent we will use if we return to
the Texas market.

I am completely satisfied with how Sally handled my entire experience from start to finish. From our first meeting to the closing of my
house, she was always available to answer even the most mundane of questions! She is knowledgeable, and when she didn't have an
immediate answer, she sought out those who did. I always felt respected and valued. Buying a home is a stressful time, and Sally was
always there to assure me and make sure I was comfortable with what was taking place. My situation was such that I had to stop in the
middle of the process and resume several months later. Sally was very patient with me and never pushed. I would see her at church and
she would always ask how I was and never pushed for a \begin again\ date. I would recommend Sally to anyone who is in the market to buy or sell. She cares about her clients like a close friend and goes above and beyond to make their dreams come true. She is a great agent and a wonderful person!

My husband and I were making the move from Ottawa, ON to Austin, TX and had a million questions about the city, state, and country. We worked with Elizabeth Michael, who was able to give us the lay of the land and answer all of our questions (and then some!). Elizabeth worked with us to help find us a rental home that met our specific needs (e.g. 3+ bedrooms, fenced yard, dog friendly, 20-minutes from downtown, and within our price range). We couldn't be happier with where we ended up!

Lynn Wise is your go to! -
My family and I recently moved across multiple states over to Austin. Being that it was going to be a big move, we wanted someone we could trust and look out for our best interest, especially since most of the viewings would be virtually. After interviewing multiple people, we decided to work with Lynn Wise because she made us feel comfortable and she had the experience we were looking for. She was super responsive and made the process of looking for a home as easy as possible. She also walked us through the whole process and was by our side when we were dealing with multiple different builders.
Lynn is very well connected with the community. She even has her own Facebook page which as a result helped us find a home for our growing family. We can honestly say that without Lynn, we would not have found the perfect house. She also helped us get situated with an Airbnb while our house was finished and made sure to provide us with multiple resources we could use. I highly recommend Lynn to anyone looking for quality services.

Julie Stoakley from Bramlett Residential is amazing to work with. She is trustworthy, knowledgeable and makes this process very smooth. She examines the property very carefully and makes sure it is suitable for her client.

Our agent Trey was great from day one and checked all the boxes for what we were looking for. He provided us with all the insights we needed to understand the local housing market, he gave us a detailed tour of all the areas we were considering in Austin, and in the end he helped us get the best deal possible with the seller. Absolutely amazing!

I am a first time home buyer in Austin. After reaching out to Bramlett about my situation, they took care of me immediately with collateral to educate myself not only on the market in Austin, but the milestones and steps it takes at a high level to purchase a home. Zero pressure, simply informative.

Danny De Luna was my realtor (ask for him if possible) and I started working with him in August with a proposed timeline of February/March to find something. I would send him Zillow links daily via email on houses of interest, and he gave me immediate feedback on what to look for and red/green flags. We eventually started looking at houses in October together, and he will tell it to you straight in these home walkthroughs. Trust is everything, and I felt like Danny treated each house from an unbiased perspective.

We closed on the home yesterday! There was never an ounce of pressure, doubt, or insecurity working with Bramlett. I will recommend anyone go to them for the Austin market. After this process, I will go no where else in future transactions. Thank you!
