Anna Uliassi is one of the best in the business. Her experience, professionalism and knowledge were invaluable. She was on top of everything from beginning to closing, always available & quick to address anything that came up. She gave great advice about staging and little fixes to make my property stand out. She has a great rapport with other agents which is invaluable in the negotiation process. I would highly recommend her to anyone as a Buyer or Seller agent.

I bought a house in Cedar Park and it was really cool to have her on my side. She just jumped and help me getting approved on my loan over the weekend, she contacted me the loan officer and helped me getting all the information and approved over the weekend to avoid loosing the house. it was really cool. I even got a refund later from the company she works for, because they couldn't reduce the price and I didn't even know about it. so she is honest and hard working. She made some recommendations about homestead that I didn't know and she guide me through the process. I recommend using her service 100%.

Great realtor, even better client advocate. Sarah did everything she said she would. She got us the exact house we wanted, under asking (yes even in this crazy market), and closed on time with great financing. She was there the whole time. Kept us in the loop almost daily and negotiated on our behalf until we got exactly what we wanted. Fast forward 6 months and we couldn't be happier. Don't hesitate. Call Sarah. You won't regret it.

Teri went above & beyond the call of duty to make my home sale a great experience. She wrote an awesome unique summary of my property (on zillow, realtor.com, MLS & other sites) that I believe set the tone for how buyers (& other realtors) viewed the property. She confirmed my hunch on the correct listing price (which was much higher than others in the community) & it sold close to this price. Teri assisted me on several things I was not able to tend to while out of town toward the end of this process. Even after close there were a few things with other vendors that she ran interference on to assure I was taken care of properly.
