Words cannot explain how awesome Terri is! I just closed on my house today (3/29/2018). I started my journey late Jan. Terri is EXTREMELY patience and didn't push me into any house. She made sure she help me find the home that I wanted. The day one contract fell through she immediately found me another one. She is indeed a hardworker and ensured I was beyond satified. I didnt feel like she was only in it to get a sale. She took the time to get to know me personally. Which means a lot to me. My wife and I were looking to move and while we did search for properties online Teri strongly advised that we go see the properties as quickly as we could. Margaret was a true pleasure to work with! I wanted to take advantage of a hot market and sell my current condo. I found Margaret Jolly to be unusually qualified in every way, from her academic background, to her specific knowledge of real estate in our local area of Taylor, in addition to Austin. My wife and I met Sally at an open house where she was the listing agent. We had recently moved to Austin and did not know much about the real estate in Austin. We really enjoyed talking to her and set up a follow up meeting in which she described the market, explained the process, and discussed all the relevant and important details that we should take into account. We asked her to represent us and we are really happy with that decision. Throughout the process, Sally was always responsive and helped us with any questions. She was knowledgeable, professional, and had a lot of useful information about the local market in Austin. But what really makes Sally stand out among other agents in my opinion is that we could truly 100% trust her to be working in our best interests. Sally was always honest with us about the facts and I really appreciate it. We were able to find a great house in less than 3 weeks working with Sally. We also recommended her to another couple. With Sally's help, they found their house in less than two weeks. We are really happy to have found her and will definitely work with her in future. 100% recommended!
Sally was a delight to work with. She clearly had our best interests at heart and was an invaluable resource given the long-arm nature of our purchase. She looked out for our best interests, was extremely professional, friendly, warm, and caring, and looked at all the properties through a critical eye instead of just pushing to make the sale. Sally has a great network of professional contractors to pull from, and always had satisfactory answers to any questions which arose. We communicated so often during the process that once we closed we went into "withdrawal" because we weren't talking on a daily basis anymore. We have made sure to stay in touch however, and do get a chance to speak every couple of weeks. We both consider Sally to be a friend and wouldn't change a thing. We would work with her again in an instant, and recommend her to anyone.
