We had Linda representing us in our recent home purchase. We are first time buyers and Linda was very helpful. She was patient, professional and quickly understood what we are looking for. We always felt like she is on our side and looking out for us. She did a great job in setting up our many viewings and accommodating our schedule. Linda was great when it came to negotiating the contracts. In the few times that Linda was unable to make it, she made sure we had someone else from the firm to assist. It is important to have an experienced agent who knows the area. I would highly recommend Linda or Rachelle. Both were great to work with. I have no complaints. Everything went very well and we are very happy with the result.
My husband and I highly recommend working with Craig McGuire at Bramlett Residential. We were lucky enough to find Craig to help with the purchase of our first home and he was fantastic to work with. The Austin market was really tough but Craig was there every step of the way. He made sure we were able to get in and see every house we liked at a time that worked well for our schedules. He had answers to every question and as first time home buyers, we had a lot! He was honest, encouraging and patient. Craig is great at building relationships which is key in various ways, but to name a few-you feel like you’re talking to a trusted friend when you’re evaluating a home or making decisions on an offer. He listens and respects what you want while providing great advice. He has so much knowledge of the market and houses in general and genuinly wants to make sure his clients are happy. Additionally, his relationship making provided us great contacts for other home necessities including options for lenders. As transplants in Austin, those contacts were enormously helpful. And finally, we had no qualms when he initiated contact with seller agents. We knew he would be professional, friendly and have our best interests at heart. We really can’t thank Craig enough for all his help and guidance. We are so excited to move into our home!
I've had such a fantastic experience with this company, specifically Tyson Hombroek. He assisted my with my purchase of my very first home (which can be scary and confusing) and the subsequent sale of the house. This process can be a giant headache and very stressful, but I didn't experience either. Tyson checked in with me very regularly and explained each step to where anyone could understand. Linda Baddour is phenomenal! She was recommended to us by friends and I am 1000% happy that we have her as our real estate agent. Lauren was incredible to work with! This was our first time buying a home and the market was crazy/overwhelming. Lauren helped us at each step and made the process as easy as possible. There aren't enough positive adjectives for me to describe Lindsey's working style. If I *HAD* to pick 5 I'd say she is Knowledgeable, Thorough, Clear, Dependable and Patient. She sold me my first ever property last spring and made sure to address every question I had, never making me feel silly for asking it, or not knowing. A little over a year later, when my work took me from Austin to NYC Lindsey made the process of identifying a tenant seamless. In fact, I left for NYC almost immediately, and Lindsey took care of everything back in Austin. Lindsey goes beyond her role as realtor and fiduciary, she empowers everyone she works with educating them with the information they need to make smart choices -- such a pivotal role when you're making the biggest investment of your life -- and your literal livelihood is on the line.
