My parents worked with Eric to find their house and I worked with Bailey to find my house and the experience was great. Although we had met several Austin agents in the past, no one particularly impressed us. As long distance buyers, it was extra important to find an agent who would work hard for us. We found the agency website and were impressed with the resources for out of town buyers. When we inquired, Kasey Gilliam was assigned to us. That could not have been a better match!
Over two short trips to Austin and much email and text conversation, Kasey helped us understand more about the Austin market and our options. The market emails from her were very helpful and saved us from searching Realtor or Zillow. Kasey was always available -- truly, I don't know how she juggles everything. She has energy and a positive outlook. And I particularly liked that she showed us a couple of houses that weren't on our list but that she thought we'd like. She also guided us through the process of buying a house that was not yet on the market, and then through a long distance close.

I interviewed Eric along with two other Realtors to list/sell my home. After calling two prior realtors and discussing their credentials, results and process, my last phone call was to Eric. It was obvious from that first phone call that Eric was going to be the realtor that I selected.
After selecting him were able to meet within a few days and hit the market within a week.
I cannot say enough good things about Eric, Alex (in the office) and the web tools his real estate firm offers. I went on the market and within one day I had 2 offers, all for at and above list!
Through the contract period Eric went above and beyond to provide updates and guide me along in the contract negotiation process. This was my 3rd Real Estate transaction on the seller side and I still can't believe how easy it was!

Tara McGuire made every bit of my homebuying experience a comfortable one. I had quite a few hoops thrown at me from the builder while I was under contract. Tara was with me every step of the way and, more often than not, was taking care of things before I even knew I had to. She earned 100% of my trust in the whirlwind of this process and as a first time homebuyer, having trust in the partnership of a realtor is the most important thing. She fully understood my priorities and left no stone unturned in making sure those needs were met. The depth of her knowledge in her field made me feel like I was always being looked out for. She was at all of the meetings prior to closing and advocated me in every way necessary throughout the craziness of homebuying. She's not scared to speak up when things don't look right and she is on top of every bit of making sure things are on target. This is likely the biggest investment in most people's lives. Eric is the best realtor! When we wanted to sell our house we reached out to a few realtors we found online. Eric was the only one to respond immediately and offered the best marketing package. We have closed on several houses in the past and I can say no other realtor has ever provided the level of service Eric provided. We were on the other side of the world while our house was on the market and Eric took care of everything - he was even awake at crazy hours to answer any questions or to give us updates on the progress. Eric always communicates with you so you know everything that is happening all the time. We put our house on the market during the tough time to sell (back to school time) and Eric was still able to get it sold. I highly recommend Eric and will use him next time we buy or sell a house in Austin.

We were new to the Austin area and Googled real estate agents. We were fortunate to find Bramlett Real Estate. Eric met with us and decided to pair us up with agent Vicki Duran who lives in the Georgetown area. I respect the fact that Eric listened to us and what we were looking for and guided us to the agent that would best fit us.
We are retired but didn't want to live in a retirement community. We gave Vicki the things we really wanted to have in a home (3 bedroom, 2 bath, ranch style, gas range, built before 1998, and a medium size yard for a couple of dogs). She listened to every detail. My realtor was Bailey. I bought a house one year ago, and it was one of the most wonderful experiences... Buying a house is no easy challenge, especially for a first-time buyer, but Bailey made me feel comfortable and knowledgeable along the way. We toured several homes together before I found "the one". Finding the time to view homes was easy, and I never felt forced or rushed.
Once I found the lovely home I wanted in South Austin (78748), she helped me make an offer and held my hand during the complicated processes of escrow. She patiently listens to you and your requirements, understands them and act on it immediately. Very much faster in emails(i am usually good at emails, but am jealous now!), and she does all the homework for you before even you go to the site to see the home. Like, talking to the vendors, giving recommendations, meeting the builders, getting better deals and what not. She was with us from the day we looked into the houses and till today asking about the family -- positive vibes, you know!

My son recommended Tara McGuire when I decided to buy a condo in Austin. Being a senior citizen, I have worked with the stereotypical real estate agent too often. Tara was a breath of fresh air. Never pushy, spent long days with me trying to figure out where in Austin would work for me and trying to decide how large a place I needed. She never complained, although I was not easy, often changing my mind. Tara is a rare prize and I enthusiastically recommend her.
We had our house listed with another agent for 6 months during one of the hottest real estate markets and could not get an offer. We did not know what part of Austin we wanted to live in but had a list of "must haves". Tara set us up on her website that would send us alerts on homes that matched our criteria. When one house in particular popped up, I called her and said I need to see this house...Tara set up a showing and then facetimed us in Houston for our "tour". Tara went above and beyond, helping us every step of the way with our home buying process. She had to jump a lot of obstacles to get us in our dream home but she did!!!!!
