I've known Eric for a number of years. When I moved to San Diego, I decided it was time to sell my house in Lake Pointe. Since I wasn't in Austin, Eric was instrumental in preparing the property for market. He did a great job with that, and a phenomenal job marketing it. We had an offer on the property within 2 days, but it wasn't quite asking price. Eric advised me to counter back at asking price, which we did, and it turned out to be a good move. The end result was a full price offer in 3 days!
I worked with Lauren Yoder and she was AMAZING. She was extremely patient and knowledgeable (which is incredibly helpful as first time home buyers). She really looks out for her clients and will do everything that's in the client's best interest. Can't recommend her enough!
When we decided to move out of state to Austin, when didn't know how to approach finding a new home. Luckily, I came across The Bramlett Residential Real Estate name. When I contacted them, little did I know they would put me in touch with the best realtor we'd ever had the pleasure of working with: Tara McGuire. From the first time we spoke with her, we knew right away that we found someone who would listen to our needs and fight for them. We've all had an experience with an agent who pushes you to buy something just to get their commission...not Tara. She made it perfectly clear that making sure we got what we truly wanted was her #1 goal. I know some folks give you lip service on this point, but Tara walked the talk. We looked at dozens of homes and at no point did Tara get frustrated or try and push us in a direction just to get us off her hands. She even would point things out that she was concerned about...I don't know about you, but that is NOT the norm and we appreciated it more than she probably knows. Eric and team helped us purchase our home in Austin while we were living across the country. The 4 days we flew in (with 3 kids) to look at homes, he went above and beyond educating us on the area and showing us almost 20 different homes. Never losing patience with us...or our children! We found our home and put in an offer while waiting in the Austin airport for our flight back east! He was our eyes and ears on the ground here in Austin while we were back east, always offering to be where we could not and giving us recommendations along the way.
Eric is extremely fast at returning phone calls, emails, and texts (even with a difference in time zones). We felt confident leaving our new home in his care while we could not be there. He continues to have our best interests in mind, even after our closing. He is the first person I contact for referrals and recommendations. He has never let us down and we have continued to use his extensive team of contractors. We would truly be lost in Austin without having him to reach out to.

Vicki Duran! We worked with a few agents who made us go under contract prior to Vicki and were thoroughly disappointed. Vicki...however surpassed our VERY high expectations. We are on the west coast and Vicki was able to help us move fast on an investment property with multiple bids within 24hrs of closing on our very own new build. 2 homes within 48hours. Vicki is a seasoned Texan who is sharp, knowledgable, honest and hard working. She has earned our trust by clearly communicating and executing smoothly. I found Eric when I was relocating from San Francisco to Austin. I knew I wanted to live really central, but I wasn't sure which neighborhood I would like the most or what I could afford, as it seems like things can vary quite a bit within a few miles. We looked north and south of the river and explored different neighborhoods on our search - Eric was very patient with all my questions about each - and I decided on buying in Travis Heights, which I absolutely love living in, the definite right choice. Unfortunately it was a tight seller's market (still is Austin), but Eric led the way and helped me get the house I wanted without any issue. I didn't ever feel pressured and he wasn't "salesy", thank goodness... he's been a great resource to me afterwards too with vendor recommendations.

We were making one the most challenging moves of our lives, relocating from California to Austin. With no prior knowledge of the area or the market, we quickly realized that we needed a real estate professional. We worked with Vicki Duran, to buy a house in Leander. Vicki is an amazing agent, she was super helpful with everything that we were doing, she was very open and helped us to see enormous amount of properties in two days, and provided all the information that we needed.
She also literally saved our deal when we had to re-negotiate deal closure delay. I believe she is the best possible agent we could even think of, I could not be pleased more. I definitely recommend Bramlett Residential and Vicki Duran.
I don't know where to begin to rave about Eric and the team! I've sold houses with good realtors before, but Eric Bramlett Realtors is just a different level of expertise and service at every turn! Responsive, professional, focused on our best interests (even gave us advice that went against his best interests, without any hesitation), and knows the Northwest Hills market exceptionally well. Also, the realtors we worked with were all genuine, good people I enjoyed interacting with.

My family is relocating from California to Austin and per a friend's referral, we contacted Eric to see if they could help us find a lease property. He set us up with Bailey and she was a total godsend!
Bailey was so helpful, sweet, and professional. The few days I was in Austin to look at homes, I had my 10 month old with me. Bailey was so great and patient with me and her. (Think having to get baby in and out of car seat at every property, wanting to play, then nap time fussiness)
Though I know a lease is not as lucrative as a buy, she never gave us less than her 100%. She really went above and beyond and helped us find the perfect home for our family.

Eric is hands down the best realtor I have ever had working for me. My boyfriend and I contacted Eric Bramlett Residential via their website, after reading great Yelp reviews. We were referred to Will Mackintosh. As first time home buyers, the Austin real estate market can be very intimidating. Will set up an MLS listing search that alerted us to new listings that met our criteria. When we were ready to tour, Will was very flexible with scheduling showings. He is very laid back and not at all high pressure ,which matches our style. After making several offers that were declined, Will encouraged us to keep looking. He promptly responded to our emails (sometimes freak-outs) and educated us about the process as we went. Will even helped us diffuse a situation with a pushy listing agent after closing earlier this month. Although we hope to not be in the market for a new home for quite a while, we will certainly recommend Will to family and friends!
