I have purchased and sold several homes with various real estate agents but my experience recently with Linda Baddour has been the best so far – beginning, middle, end, and beyond! My situation was complicated as I was navigating an out-of-state sale — with untimely repairs needed — to complete a 1031 Exchange into Texas. Linda’s awareness of the process and her relationships with the builder/seller kept everything moving; even when we thought the deal may not happen. Her composed demeanor was greatly appreciated when I felt so many things were out of control.
