Brooke was terrific to work with. She was randomly assigned to me through Zillow but I couldn’t be more pleased with how it all worked out. She was willing to educate me as a first time home buyer and was extremely responsive throughout the process. In addition to knowing the area very well, she brings a lot of knowledge regarding home improvement and helped me to distinguish between quality and shoddy contractor work as we were looking at renovated homes. I ultimately bought a beautifully renovated home but if you buy more of a fixer upper Brooke would be a terrific resource to help you get the home the way you want it. I strongly recommend Brooke!
