I worked with Margaret in selling the home I had owned for the past 24 years, as well as in purchasing a new-construction home, and highly recommend her!  Selling the home I had lived in for so long was an emotional process.  I took advantage of the hot market during the summer and Margaret helped guide me through 21 offers on my home!  The purchase of my new home presented some big challenges, and Margaret was a huge help with her expertise and experience in dealing with the challenges I was facing.  She actually discovered a water leak in my new home just prior to my final walk-through, which was a huge save for me, so that I could get the problems addressed prior to closing on my home.  Margaret is a pleasure to work with!
