His proactivity was key, both in terms of finding a great opportunity before it hit the market, but also by reaching out with helpful info or check-ins as we moved from offer to closing. His market knowledge was very helpful, both in terms of helping me understand the neighborhood and opportunity, but also talking through potential improvements to the house and what they could net me in terms of an estimated value and rents.
