We were first time homebuyers from out of state in a HOT HOT real estate market here in Austin. Determined to find the perfect house in just a 5 day visit to Austin and Eric made it happen! He considered our preferences and lifestyle and communicated with us long distance, keeping us abreast of what was available. Once he got to know us, he was able to encourage us to consider a little wider market (geographically) than we originally planned. We fell in LOVE with Brentwood and found the perfect location. Eric knows the Austin market and is extremely resourceful. He helped us negotiate and buy our perfect house for less than asking price in a market that was selling for higher than asking. He also had great knowledge to share about the city. Thank you, Eric! We are loving our new ‘hood!
