We just bought a home in Austin with the help of Jen’s team and were blown away by how thorough, professional and helpful they were. We are moving from Baltimore, and knew very little about the area. As soon as we contacted them, they arranged Zoom calls to introduce us to the process, sent us guidebooks in the mail, helped us narrow our search and outlined how each step of the journey would work.
During the search process, they checked in with us frequently, were always happy to visit houses at a moments notice, and got back to us immediately when we requested any information (sometimes within seconds!!) After we had the house under contract, they also arranged weekly phone meetings so that we knew what to expect and nothing fell through the cracks.
David was wonderful – he took us to see houses, was a wealth of information, and really felt like our ally. Jen provided us with all of the market info and trends, and was extremely thorough and supportive. Rachel was crucial in organizing everything for us, and always did so with kindness and enthusiasm. She then stepped up at the last minute to come to our closing when other circumstances prevented David from getting there.
We are so grateful to all three of them. This was a home-buying experience unlike anything we had seen before – we were given so much useful information in such an organized way, and we always felt completely supported by them. I would recommend them hands down.
