Myself and Barrett had our first e-mail touchpoint in Mid October, we started with
property search criteria and continuously adjusted. Since the start time, Barett was in
regular touch and sent me properties after filtering as per search criteria, thanks for not
sending all the properties around in the market. As I’m overseas with a different
timezone, Barrett made himself available on Whats App, communicating in the timings
that work for me, introducing me to lenders, educating me on the steps that need to
follow to get to closure, etc….Finally I would summarize as “Barrett was very reliable agent
throughout the journey and went beyond expectations to make things work”
