We had a pleasant time with Barrett in getting out first home. He helped us in his full capacity throughout the tiring process. In case you do not know, we had a really cranky seller who was making life difficult for us. Barrett pitched in at the right time and helped guide us through the tricky waters. At one point, we thought we’d lose the house, but he
kept the boat steady and won us the home. He has also helped us in other areas related to home buying and promptly guided us to the right resource. He has been super responsive in communications and is now more of a friend than an agent.
