Trey Blanco was fantastic to work with. We started our home buying journey in late February when we first reached out. Things got pretty serious only a few weeks later when we started making offers on homes. The first home we went to see had 5 separate parties waiting outside for the open house when we pulled up (it ended up having 28 offers when it eventually sold). Trey helped us to navigate this crazy market (which is even crazier as a non-cash buyer) until we found our new home! Trey is very prompt in his communications and very knowledgeable about the home buying process and the Austin market. He coached me through every step of the way (which, as a first-time buyer was absolutely essential).Did I mention Trey has an awesome personality? He’s funny, caring, and honest. I learned that you spend a ton of time with your real estate agent — so it’s pretty important that you get along well. Trey never made me feel scared or dumb, he didn’t pressure me into anything I wasn’t comfortable doing, and he was honest in his recommendations.
