Me and my husband got the opportunity to work with Bailey Moran at Brammlett Residential. Buying a house (especially if it’s your first one) is really scary and overwhelming! So it is important to work with the right real estate agent! We literally weren’t sure what we wanted and we didn’t have a car then. She picked us up each time to show us all around Austin area without any complaints during such a difficult time (2020-covid19). Our lease was ending and we had a tight schedule to find a house we really love. However, Bailey made this stressful process as easy and fun as possible. She was always available to view any property within 24 hours. She is very knowledgeable, professional and on top of all that absolutely down to earth and such a sweetheart! She is also very honest, so be ready to hear warnings from her about the houses you actually fall in love with! Thanks to her, not only we now have the best house we could have ever asked for and actually were ready to pay the whole price, but she also negotiated 30k discount from the listing price!
