My wife and I worked with Kasey Gilliam to buy our first house and we can’t recommend her enough! Kasey is supremely competent, knowledgeable, easy to work with and also great fun to hang out with, which is key during all the hours we spent driving from one house to the next.

For first-time home buyers, the process can be overwhelming but Kasey expertly guided us through every step. She patiently answered all of our questions, no matter how small or detailed and our confidence in working with her grew with every interaction. We quickly realized we could depend on her opinion and often sought her advice. Kasey was fantastic about offering her view and walking us through her reasoning but making it clear that any decision was always ours to make.

Kasey’s communication with us throughout the whole process was superb. She is responsive, clear, and always professional. We felt she had our best interest in mind and was always actively thinking about things we may have to take into account or look into.

Finally, Kasey is a lot of fun to spend time with. She has a delightful personality, great sense of humour and it is clear she loves her job. We strongly recommend her and we can’t imagine working with anyone else in the future other than Kasey.
