I originally worked with Sally back in 2016, and she spent a lot of time finding me the perfect home. As a first time buyer, she was patient,
spent time figuring out what I wanted, and was more concerned with taking care of me than making a sale. Unfortunately, right as we
were about to send the earnest and option money, I backed out. This was not in any way Sally’s fault; rather, it was mine (and I ended up
relocating to Los Angeles a few months later).
Fast forward to December 2019. I still live in Los Angeles, but now my wife and I are shopping for Austin’s homes to move there. We
would fly to Austin for two days to look at commercial leasing spaces and homes, so Sally would only have one day with us. She spent
the same time and care getting to know us, what we wanted, and then offered up areas to see. Sally was on the ball with new homes and
new pockets to discover as we ruled out areas and narrowed it down. Sally even spent time showing us homes via FaceTime when we
couldn’t fly out.
After being outbid on two homes, we found one that was even better than all the others, checked off every box, and we knew we found
the right one. Sally was so excited about it too – and we only saw it on FaceTime first. Even at the start of the COVID pandemic, Sally not
only got the deal done quickly but also showed me the house with the inspector because I wanted to fly in and see everything.
Sally Pierce went above and beyond what a real estate agent normally does. She is kind, intelligent, funny, has a contagious laugh, and
we felt she truly cared that we found the perfect home. We have fond memories of every meeting with her, from her great Texan accent to
her laugh to her insight on homes. Sally really knows homes the Austin market. We are so grateful we purchased our home with Sally and
will definitely be repeat customers, should that be an option.
