We went with Barrett after speaking with quite a few others agents, including others at
your brokerage. Right from the onset, we felt very comfortable working with him. He was
also very highly recommended by my husband’s colleagues.
We are first-time home buyers, and Barrett guided us all along while being patient and
educating us. In hindsight, we now realize how he tactfully warded us away from making
overexcited financial decisions.
In the current Austin market, we ended up with a home in the location we wanted for a
price below the top end of our budget and the size that we wanted. It would not have
been possible without him. He even managed to negotiate the price down by 35K!
