Nancy Taute is by far the best Realtor I’ve worked with in my lifetime! We signed a contract on a house after two months of looking. She was always one step ahead of me, sending me houses she thought I might consider, getting me seller’s disclosures, surveys, or comps without me asking. She was miraculously available when I wanted her and never seemed to tire of looking at yet another house while we figured out what we wanted. It became obvious after a while that she was doing a lot of legwork behind the scenes. I always felt like Nancy had my best interests at heart and always acted with the utmost integrity. Nancy was truly amazing!
