Working with Bailey Moran was by far one of the highlights of our home buying experience. As first time home buyers, my fiancé and I knew that we needed a fantastic realtor who would help guide us through this journey, and we certainly hit the jackpot with Bailey. From our first intro phone call, Bailey put us at ease by answering all of our (many) questions, while also providing her expertise and giving us insight into what makes for a successful purchase in the highly competitive Austin housing market. Bailey was incredibly knowledgable about the areas we were interested in, and was always flexible with our schedules to ensure we were able to visit homes as soon as they hit the market. She was honest in her feedback when visiting homes, and at no point did I feel like I was being “sold” to (something that we had experienced previously with other realtors). When it came time to putting in an offer, Bailey went above and beyond to secure us our dream starter home, professionally managing all communications with a not-so-easy to deal with seller. She was responsive through all forms of communication (phone, text, email) and went with us to every appointment related to the purchase, including a last minute walk through, before closing, to ensure all agreed on updates had been taken care of. We were given Bailey’s information through a family member utilizing her services, who was also referred to her by someone who had a positive experience with her. If that doesn’t speak to how great working with Bailey is, I don’t know what does!
