The first time we met with Xuan, what should have been a short meet-and-greet consultation ended up being a 3 hour long chat on a Friday night—and that’s all it took for me to be obsessed!

We came from using Redfin’s agents to Xuan, and I have to say that the level of service couldn’t have been more different. We spent 3 months and 4 offers with Redfin, but with Xuan we got our first accepted offer in less than a week. But, the house we found was worth the trade off.

Xuan is a skilled negotiator, and we were happy to find that her analysis jived with our own in every case. She joined us on closing day and made sure to ask any questions we hadn’t. She even brought us a wonderful basket to celebrate our closing. Since closing, she has remained communicative and responsive to my questions and has provided us with many recommendations on contractors.
