I’m a first time homeowner in Austin and I can’t say enough good things about Vicki. I wasn’t quite sure where to start the process but she helped me start to finish and made me feel at ease from the beginning. She found homes that fit my criteria exactly and was always quick to reply to arrange a showing or answer a question. She was very personable and easy to work with and gave me excellent guidance whenever necessary. Never did I feel pressured in any way.
