Ruth Powers helped my wife, and I buy our new home, and I can’t say enough good things about her. Not only did she help us buy, but she helped us sell our current home even though she wasn’t the Realtor we were using to sell. The Realtor we were using to sell was so bad it was embarrassing and extremely stressful, but Ruth helped answer our questions for stuff that she wasn’t even being compensated for, and it allowed us to move forward to get our new home. Plus, she was there for the inspection of our new home asking question after question that I would have never asked. My wife and I are beyond grateful and highly recommend her
