Ruth was fantastic! When we bought our current house, Ruth was the seller’s agent and she was never pushy, she made us feel comfortable with the process and was very professional in all of our discussions. So when it came to selling our house, we interviewed 3 agents just to do our due diligence, but again Ruth’s professionalism was a step above the rest. During the selling process, we always felt Ruth had our best interest in mind and would not settle for anything substandard and I have fairly high standards. Although there were some challenges during the sale (all from the buyer’s side), Ruth fought for our positions and did a great job of insulating us from some of the craziness and always remained calm and collected, which provided us with peace of mind during the process. Ruth is an outstanding professional and we were blessed to find her and work with her. I highly recommend Ruth and can only hope to work with her again in the future.
