Eric helped me prepare and sell my property this summer and did a great job. I needed someone who could tell me what repairs and improvements I could make to get more for the house and he did just that. He gave me a list of fixes and helped refer me to reliable people who did the work at good prices. Eric even picked out the carpet for me!

Before we listed the property, Eric helped get everything ready for pictures and sent over a really good photographer. The listing looked great and we sold for more than any other house in the neighborhood in the first weekend!!!

Eric is really good at his job. He has a lot of experience and gives great advice. He has a great team, but I never felt like I was passed off to other people because he was always available for a call or email. After we went under contract, he didn’t disappear, and was always around for any questions I had. I really enjoyed working with Eric, was very happy with the results we got, and would recommend him to anyone who needs to sell a house in Austin.
