I’ve heard from many people, buying your first house is a nightmare and stressful, anxiety inducing grueling process. Those people have clearly not had the pleasure of working with Craig McGuire with Bramlett Real Estate! My spouse and I were lucky enough to be put in touch with Craig from a referral from a friend, and from our first conversation, we knew he was looking out for our best interests and wanted to make as much of our dreams a reality within our budget. The Austin market is crazy right now and almost disheartening for newbie buyers, but Craig assured us all would work out fine and squashed any doubt or fear we felt creeping in. WHO just hears some stranger’s dreams and plans and springs into action like that?? There are some good real estate agents out there. But in this market, especially if your are a newbie buyer, good isn’t good enough. Forget the rest, get with the best, call Craig, tell him your plans and dreams and let his best work for you! I did and I’m writing this post from my dream kitchen island in my new dream house!
