Needed to sell my home quickly. Eric was knowledgeable and provided a very systematic approach to assessing the valuation of the home. Interviewed several realtors and most were hesitant to provide a solid listing price, or they gave a listing price well below what I felt the house was valued at. Eric brought me a price that he felt comfortable listing. His recommend list price was well over my expected valuation and we had it under contract in 2 weeks and closed a month later. I’d say his process is spot on.

He has a great team and they are all very responsive to e-mail, voicemail, and text. When something is needed, they are right on top of it. I would definitely recommend him and use him again in the future if I need to sell a home.
