I don’t think I could overstate how pleased my husband and I were with our realtor Crystal Hirst. We were moving to a brand new state and were first time homebuyers with varying ideas about what we might want from our first home. She viewed homes for us before we even made it to TX (she takes really great video tours or will video chat while there). This allowed us to minimize our time in temporary housing when we arrived. She made suggestions about areas that might suit our needs; was patient as we asked a number of questions about the process; and her thoroughness in reading sellers disclosures helped us avoid buying a property that had potential eminent domain issues.
