In negotiations, she looks out for your best interests and pays attention to the finer details like warranties and HOA transfer fees, etc, and tries to negotiate the most reasonable deal for her client. She is always quick to respond to texts, e-mails and calls and has gone over and above working on evenings, weekends and even on her vacation time if there is an urgent issue to deal with.
