Before we got in touch with our realtor, Kasey Gilliam, we had put in numerous offers on homes in Austin only to find time and time again that another offer was accepted. It was incredibly frustrating and it felt like we were completely out of our depth (we were). With Kasey’s help, we were able to make the right offer on a place and move into closing within DAYS. She bent over backwards to make the process easy for us and any time we had any questions of concerns, she was there to answer. Even after closing, she has continued to be a huge help with referrals to reliable painters, cleaners and contractors to tackle a few things we wanted done before we move in. Cannot recommend enough, if you really want to close on a place, go with Kasey!!
