Eric was great to deal with and was very willing to work with my demanding nature. Eric’s knowledge of the negotiations involved was extremely useful to closing on our home sale and purchase during a time when the market was slowing down. We had multiple negotiations on an old House that needed some work, and Eric was great and relaying to potential buyers our stance and what we would and would not accept in an inviting manner that led to us receiving our desired price.
