Julie Stoakley is an absolutely amazing realtor that we were lucky enough to find during our move to Austin. She asks great questions, taking time to really understand what we wanted. Her knowledge of all things Austin and the local market was invaluable. She drove us all over Austin looking at every house we had on our list. And since she had taken the time to really understand what we wanted, she showed us some homes that weren’t on our list that we loved! When we found the one we wanted, Julie prepared us thoroughly prior to making an offer and I’m glad to say that because of Julie’s advice, we were able to find the perfect place for us! On a personal note, Julie is delightful and super fun to be around! She gave us her honest opinions and she never once showed us a home outside of our price range. She cares about us as friends-not just clients.
