Kasey Gilliam was wonderful to work with. She is extremely responsive, knowledgeable about the area, and really knows what to look for when walking through a house. She got to know our house needs and wants, and she was always available to answer questions about schools, neighborhoods, contracts, and closing. We moved to Austin from out of town, and because of COVID, we ended up viewing several houses– and eventually buying a home– over FaceTime. Kasey did a great job showing the houses over FaceTime, pointing out details, giving us a feel for the house and the street, and highlighting the pro and cons of each house based on our personal needs. Buying a house with Kasey was a great experience and I would highly recommend working with her.
