Eric and his team have been exemplary from the beginning. Eric came to visit us 6 months before the listing and kept in touch throughout, just to make sure we understood the market and what we benefit us the most. Eric’s attentiveness to our needs and timelines was nothing less than first class. He answered emails, phone calls, and texted like I was his only client. It was almost to the point where I felt guilty, but then I realized he is still making money! Haha, anyhow, seriously, Eric and his team is first class all the way.

I was confident from the beginning in his ability and knowledge. I was educated and my expectations were level set and there was never a second were I thought those expectations weren’t being met. From the stager, to the sign being put up in my yard, everyone was there when they said they would be. There wasn’t a single time where I was given a timeline and it wasn’t met. That is extremely important when you have hard deadlines like we did with our relocation. When purchasing or selling in the Austin area in the future, Eric and his team will be the first call and the last.
